Making Payments

Are my payments secure?


To us, that is the most important question. Since we take things personally when it comes to payments, we highlight that we accept payments with GooglePay, ApplePay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club.

How can I make a payment?

We take things personally when it comes to payments and their security. That is the main reason we decided to integrate our electronic shop payment methods with global players in the field. You can pay for the chosen goods securely using Google Pay*, Apple Pay*, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, China UnionPay, or a debit card. All prices in our store are in Euro currency.

* If you already have a Google Pay or Apple Pay method set up, but the button is not visible, kindly check your browser’s Settings under the Payments tab (desktop version).

Do I need to have an account to make a purchase?

No you do not. Of course creating an account gives you further access and insights. Specifically, you gain access to your Dashboard, reviewing your Orders‘ history, adding/editing your Addresses, adding your desired Payment Methods, and updating your Account Details (i.e. name, email address, and password).

How do I complete a purchase?

Once you have added the desired product(s) to your Shopping Cart, click on “View Cart” button. If you have a valid coupon code make sure to use it, so as to benefit from the discount. Since you have made sure that your Shopping Cart is accurate, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button. If you are a returning customer, make sure to log in; this way all your information will be automatically filled in on the Checkout form. If you are a new customer or do not have an account with us, you may fill in all the required details (and the optional “Orders note”) and click the “Place Order”, whilst acknowledging our T&Cs. As soon as your transaction goes through, you will be instantly informed of your order via email.

Using a Discount Coupon

How do I utilise a discount coupon?

Once you have added the desired product(s) to your Shopping Cart, click on “View Cart”. Enter the discount coupon in the “Coupon code” box, and click the “Apply coupon” button. The relevant discount will be automatically calculated for all eligible* products currently on your Shopping Cart.

* Kindly be informed that discount coupons issued from time to time, are not eligible for Gift Card products, or products presently “ON SALE”. Moreover, we might create and/or withdraw any discount coupon without prior notice.

Buying a Gift Card

How exactly do gift cards work?

Once you have decided which gift card you would like to buy, 1) click on the gift cards “amount” box, 2) enter the recipient’s email address (the person who you wish to receive the gift), 3) type in your name and an optional message, and 4) proceed with the completing the purchase. As soon as the transaction goes through, the recipient will receive an instant “Gift Card” email with a special coupon code reflecting on the gift card’s amount. Thus, she/he will be in a position to use the gift card for on online purchases on our shop on any product(s). The gift cards do not have an expiration date, thus they can be used at any given point in time. The gift cards special coupon code may only be used once.

Delivery & Order Tracking

How much does the delivery cost?

The delivery cost is region-based and depends on the order’s amount and product(s) weight*, as described below.

Cyprus: On orders below 30 euros, the delivery cost is 3 euros. On orders equal or greater than 30 euros, the delivery is free. Delivery for Cyprus is defined as the closest ACS or GAP Akis Express point based on the provided address by the customer (or any point of your preference).

Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom: On orders below 90 euros, the delivery cost is 30 euros per order. On orders equal to or greater than 90 euros, the delivery is free**. International delivery is defined as the provided address by the customer.

Countries not mentioned above**: On orders below 90 euros, the delivery cost is 60 euros per order. On orders equal to or greater than 90 euros, the delivery is free. International delivery is defined as the provided address by the customer.

* Heavy products: Products weighing more than 0,300 Kg are eligible for free delivery only in Cyprus, if the order is equal or great than 30 euros. The cost of delivery for this product category may vary per product, and is defined during the checkout process.

** Kindly be informed that delivery services are not currently available for Afghanistan, Belarus, Central African Republic, Congo (Brazzaville), Congo (Kinshasa), Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Myanmar, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Yemen, Zimbabwe. Moreover, some of the products due to their weight do not allow us to support free shipping due to extensive cost.

It is important to state that duties and taxes might be applicable in non-European countries. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the aforementioned before placing any order.

How long is the delivery time?

We ship all orders within 24 hours (in a working / business day) upon the completion of your order and acceptance of the transaction by the payment provider. Our collaborator courier / delivery service usually completes the delivery in each region as per the below*:

Cyprus: Between 2 to 3 working / business days.

Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom: Between 8 and 12 working / business days.

Countries not mentioned above**: Between 12 and 15 working / business days.

* During peak season or at special campaigns and events the delivery, as well as to delivery to remote locations, the delivery time might be prolongedMoreover, this might occur under extreme weather conditions or ongoing disruptions in the global supply chain.
** Country exclusions are the same as described in the “How much does the delivery cost?” FAQ above.

How can I track my parcel?

Once the order is shipped*, an email will be sent to you with all the relevant information regarding your order, and your tracking number. At any given time a customer is in a position to track their order.

– Orders shipped via UPS can be tracked here.

* Please be informed that we reserve the right to process international shipping orders via any service provider of our preference not mentioned above, at any given time, and without prior notice.

Making Returns

How can I make a return?

If any of the products do not meet your expectations, there is the option of returning them. All products are eligible for return exempt the products that have been unpacked and/or used and/or damaged/torn in any way. In a case you would like to return a product(s) you may follow the steps explained here. As soon as we have received and processed your return, we will refund the purchase price.
